The software is powered by Summit Platform 4.0, an integrated suite of applications for IT service management, IT asset management, and availability management.
The latest IT Management Suite release provides SMBs and managed services providers (MSPs) with an IT contextual dashboard, with enhancements to management capabilities of incident, service level agreement (SLA), change order, configuration management database (CMDB), event, release, and project data.
The latest Summus IT Management Suite and Summit Platform releases are designed to support the growing and maturing IT service management, IT asset management, and IT availability management requirements of SMBs and MSPs.
