Business automation and service management software developer Tigerpaw Software Inc.†has announced the latest release of its flagship product. Tigerpaw 12 was designed to provide small- to medium-sized businesses with a more streamlined product with more intuitive features.
According to Tigerpaw Software president James Foxall, the latest release of Tigerpaw includes user-requested upgrades. “”We take pride in listening to our customers, and this release was completely driven by user feedback,” he says. “Whether submitted through our community, our feedback process, CAG, or as part of the Tigerpaw Live Design session during our last user conference, our developers addressed over 500 user requests in Tigerpaw 12.”
Key features of Tigerpaw 12 include:
- Service Orders Updates via Tasks — Service order information can now be updates from within a task.
- Service Orders Viewing by Associated Technicians — All of the service orders assigned to a technician can be viewed as an associated tech on the Service Orders list view.
- Price Book Item Renaming — Price books can be managed with the ability to rename price book items by changing Item ID.
- Inactive Rep Distinctions — Reps can be renamed inactive reps, becoming invisible in dropdown menus throughout the software.
- Contact Merging — Databases can now merge contacts for accounts.
