Soonr Inc., a San Jose, Calif.-based provider of secure file sharing and collaboration services for business, has created new partner portal capabilities to enable channel partners to deliver and manage the Soonr service with multiple customers from a single location. Now partners can directly manage service, device, and other team policies directly within the partner portal without having to separately log-in, or require a separate user account per team.
“As a managed services provider grows its customer base, the problem quickly becomes that of scalability,” says Sam Liu, vice president of marketing at Soonr. “Having to individually toggle between managing customer accounts becomes prohibitive without a mechanism that streamlines the access and management of the service from one location.”
