D&H Distributing, a leading provider of technology solutions to the North American channel, announces it will now carry solutions from Extreme Networks, a leader in cloud networking solutions. D&H will offer this vendor’s full catalog of networking solutions for MSPs, including sophisticated switches and high-density universal access points that leverage Wi-Fi 6E solutions with an emphasis on SD-WAN environments.
Extreme differentiates itself in the market by making the network a strategic asset, and creating simplicity and flexibility with its One Network One Cloud approach. That is why mid- to large-size enterprises across verticals such as education, healthcare, manufacturing, state, local and federal government, retail and sports, and entertainment choose to work with Extreme. D&H will deliver programs and resources to help introduce its MSP customer base to this provider’s offerings, including upcoming trainings, dedicated personnel, and programs targeted at vertical markets.
Extreme Networks will be assimilated into D&H’s Modern Infrastructure portfolio, part of its growing Modern Solutions offering, which helps partners deliver cohesive, transformative networking solutions to the marketplace. The distributor has assigned a technical lead to support solution design for this vendor, in addition to a business development manager to oversee customer activation. To further acclimate MSPs to this product line, Dan Dulac, Extreme Networks’ vice president of solution strategy, will address members of D&H’s Partnerfi
engagement group in Las Vegas at their quarterly Symposium on October 17. Extreme will also conduct a Modern Solutions “Fireside Chat” at D&H’s October 18 THREAD Technology Conference in Las Vegas, taking place at 11:45 a.m. as part of the midday SuccessPath sessions. D&H recently became part of Extreme Networks’ inaugural Distribution Advisory Council, which met at the September “Extreme Ignite” partner event to develop plans to serve the MSP market.
Extreme’s solutions are competitively priced and offer comparatively easy, one-day authorization, representing a considerable value for D&H’s channel partners looking to escalate their businesses. The products scale from SMB all the way to large enterprise, to meet the demands of MSPs of all levels. Extreme’s wireless access solutions are particularly well suited for SLED (state and local education) and K-12 deployments, a market where D&H has a strong foothold. In addition, D&H will develop a federal marketplace program with Extreme, helping MSPs navigate the difficult compliance regulations of this sector using Extreme Networks’ sophisticated wireless access points (APs) and switches.
