Passportal Inc., a Calgary-based provider of password management systems for MSPs and IT consulting firms, is integrating with Autotask, providers of hosted IT business management software, to streamline access to passwords for MSPs.
The integration allows for the synchronization of resources and accounts from Autotask to Passportal, reducing the onboarding process and redundant data entry. This new release means that MSPs can auto-create direct links in Autotask that correlate to the passwords for each client in Passportal, resulting in time savings and streamlined password access for technicians.
Passportal stores, protects, and manages passwords for MSPs all over the world. The cloud-based product is hosted in SSAE 16 Type II certified data centers and features multiple levels of encryption and various other security technologies to ensure passwords are kept safe.
Autotask provides hosted IT business management software to streamline and optimize business processes for technology solution providers. The software integrates a broad range of critical business systems to help users understand the factors that drive their business and their profitability.
