Extreme Networks Inc. has expanded its Unified Edge portfolio of access layer products with the release of the Summit X460-G2 fixed switch and IdentiFi Wireless 3805 access point (AP). The new switch and access point add increased performance, manageability, and BYOD/security to the company’s network product portfolio.
Extreme Networks’ Unified Edge portfolio of wired and wireless enterprise-grade network solutions, that form part of the company’s software defined architecture, is now enhanced with premium edge switching and a full featured 802.11ac access point that can be deployed anywhere.
