Continuum, the Boston-based managed services software and NOC services provider, has launched a web-based tool for creating custom-branded sales and marketing collateral.
Named the Continuum Content Creator and available free of charge to Continuum partners, the new solution provides templates for a variety of materials that MSPs can refine for use in lead generation and prospecting campaigns by adding their logo, inserting their contact information, and selecting a desired color palette. Finalized materials arrive in email as .pdf files ready for immediate use.
At present, the system contains 23 customizable sales and marketing resources. Continuum plans to add more on an ongoing basis.
“The marketing team at Continuum is focused solely on the managed IT services industry, and we’re committed to helping MSPs successfully resell the services they’re leveraging from Continuum,” said Continuum content marketing manager Brandon Garcin in a press statement. “We continuously work to provide our partners with readily-available tools and programs that can make their jobs easier and help them generate more revenue, and we’re excited to add the Content Creator to our growing list of MSP enablement resources.”
According to Continuum, the introduction of Content Creator is the latest manifestation of an ongoing partner enablement initiative inspired by feedback from attendees of its Navigate 2016 conference in September, where it operated a “Grow Your Business Hub” offering hands-on guidance from over 20 members of the company’s marketing organization.
Sales and marketing enablement is a recurring theme at present among vendors who sell to MSPs. Autotask Corp., of East Greenbush, N.Y., for example, is supplying its partners with resources and services from marketing automation specialists like Pittsburgh-based Mindmatrix. StorageCraft similarly made access to automated marketing tools a central pillar of the revamped partner program it introduced in October.
