Continuum, the channel-exclusive IT management platform company, and Auvik Networks, a provider of network infrastructure RMM for MSPs,†announced an integration partnership at Navigate 2016, Continuum’s third annual user conference, taking place on September 28–30 at the Seaport World Trade Center in Boston.
The †partnership agreement allows Continuum’s MSP partners to purchase and manage the Auvik network infrastructure RMM through the Continuum ITSupport Portal, enabling partners to gain better insight and visibility into the performance of all devices on their clients’ networks, troubleshoot issues more easily, provide more proactive service to clients, and free up technician time.
Auvik provides instant visibility and control of network infrastructure devices, such as routers, switches, and firewalls. The integration will enable the Continuum NOC to help partners manage and support network devices, so MSPs†can monitor and remediate network issues without the need to grow their staff.
“With the importance of the network increasing as more applications move to the cloud, our partners need tools to expand their service offerings and continue to deliver world-class service to their clients,” said Brian Herr, vice president, products at Continuum, in a statement. “This partnership is unique in the marketplace. Not only will it integrate the best-in-class endpoint and network RMM products from Continuum and Auvik, but it also wraps the fully managed services of Continuum’s NOC around it to deliver an unmatched network management solution.”
Earlier in the month, Auvik inked an agreement with ConnectWise, which will resell Auvik’s network infrastructure RMM.
Navigate 2016 continues in Boston. Day two of the user conference starts with a recap of Continuum announcements and a morning keynote from NBA legend Bill Walton, who will speak about “Success and Overcoming Adversity.”
