Step 6: Using Copy.ai to Forge New Sales Emails That Convert Like Crazy

If you don’t have any existing sales email content for ChatGPT to improve, you can create compelling sales emails from scratch using Copy.ai Workflows. Keep in mind that you’ll need to review and tweak any Al output to ensure its accurate and reads as if a human being generated it.

Step 6.1: Log in to Copy.ai and browse to the Workflow Library in the left navigation pane Once you log in to Copy.ai, browse to the Workflow Library link in the left navigation and search for the “Personalized Cold Outbound Emails” workflow. This workflow allows you insert your prospect’s LinkedIn URL and add a brief description of your offerings to scrape the prospect’s profile and pull out relevant information that aligns with your offering, then writes a cold email introducing you to them.

Select “Try This”.

In the next window, select “Build” (not “Run”)

Step 6.2: Fill in the Data Fields and Run Your Workflow Test

Now, add the recipient’s name, their LinkedIn profile URL or recent LinkedIn Post or an online article or and the rest of the designated fields and select “Run Workflow Test“. 

Pro Tip: You can run as many Workflow Tests as you’d like for free in Copy.ai and use the resulting content for testing and perfecting your process. You will be charged when you select the “Run” instead of “Build” option for your worklows.
