GreenLink Networks has added two electronic fax solutions to its business VoIP platform for managed service providers.
Called Outbound Paperless Fax and Hybrid Fax Solution and both available now, the two systems are designed to help businesses provide fax capabilities in the office and at remote work sites without relying on increasingly outdated analog phone lines.
“GreenLink is committed to providing its partners and customers with services that fit today’s evolving work environment. With the inclusion of these new fax solutions, this will allow them to configure their systems the best way possible to meet their varying business needs,” said Jhovanny Rodriguez, vice president, and co-founder of GreenLink Networks, in a press statement.
Outbound Paperless Fax lets users send faxes from home, the office, or wherever else they’re working. The system includes access control functionality and a fax log for tracking message status. GreenLink can provide a new fax number or transfer an existing one from a previous service.
The Hybrid Fax Solution includes all of the same features as Outbound Paperless Fax, but adds support for sending, receiving, and printing faxes on physical fax machines.
Both solutions are priced monthly.
Though widely dismissed today as a mainstream communications alternative, fax remains popular, especially among SMBs in the real estate, healthcare, financial services, and public sector verticals.
Valued at $2.92 billion last year, the global fax services market will climb at an 11.03% CAGR to $5.47 billion by 2027, according to Arizton Advisory & Intelligence. The same firm says that at least 30% of small and midsize businesses still use on-premises fax infrastructure solutions.
Numerous other unified communications vendors, including BVoIP and Cytracom, offer “cloud fax” services.
