The ChannelPro Network’s Managed Services and Cloud Online Summit: The Managed Cloud, a live, single-day event held on January 18, gathered cloud, cybersecurity, and managed services experts to discuss security and spending strategies in the cloud-first era and what MSPs, VARs, and consultants who serve small and medium-size businesses need to know heading into 2023. Topics also covered techniques for managing techs and offering co-managed IT services, plus guidance on closing sales.
The virtual event was the first of this year’s four online summits featuring leading channel professionals addressing top-of-mind issues and trends in cybersecurity, cloud, and managed services. All online events offer a virtual expo hall and the ability to interact live with sponsors.
“Our first online summit of the year was a great way for our audience to start 2023, armed with some excellent advice to take back to their businesses,” says Michael Siggins, president and publisher of The ChannelPro Network. “Like all our events this year, both in-person and online, the Managed Services and Cloud Online Summit delivered compelling content in lively, interactive formats that are unique in our industry.”
The January 18 summit featured the following sessions:
