Broadvoice, an award-winning provider of hosted voice, unified communications (UC) and SIP Trunking services for businesses,†has hired†Alan Kaplan†as channel manager of the Midwest region.
Kaplan’s appointment follows the recent additions of†Randy Greene†and†Todd Scarborough†as channel managers in the†Texas†and Southwest regions, respectively, to further support the company’s growing channel program and double-digit sales growth for its suite of cloud communications services.

Kaplan, known as “Kap,” has extensive experience helping channel partners and their customers transition from legacy communications technologies to the new breed of cloud solutions—hosted VoIP and UCaaS, in particular. The ability to leverage that experience as well as Broadvoice customer-centric culture are primary reasons he joined the company.
