TBI, the nation’s largest third-partner technology services distributor, announced that to accompany the organization’s shift to a regional-based channel management model, two industry veterans join its executive team to head up sales initiatives. Keith Connolly has been brought on to lead the east coast channel management team and Stephen Stillson manages central and west coast sales efforts.
“To better enable in-market support for TBI’s vast collection of selling partners, we’re lucky to bring on board two technology sales experts,” said TBI’s President, Geoff Shepstone. “With Keith Connolly and Steve Stillson’s impressive management backgrounds, sales impact and industry expertise, they will continue to bolster regional channel management and partner support.”
Keith Connolly joins TBI as Vice President of Sales for the East. Connolly immediately starts by adding to the†regional team and providing strategic direction for partner growth initiatives. He brings 25 years of†telecommunications sales leadership, 18 of which were spent in the indirect channel.
Before joining TBI,†Connolly served as Vice President of Channel Sales at Windstream Communications, where for the last nine years, he lead a team of channel managers and successfully exceeded sales goals by 100% YoY. Connolly was consistently recognized for his sales and leadership†performance, many times achieving President’s Club and honored as Vice President of the Year six times. He lives in New York with his wife and three children.

Stephen Stillson joins TBI as Vice President of Sales for the Midwest and West markets. Stillson will focus on†continuous growth for the sales team through hiring and partner development. His background in the industry†spans over 30 years, 19 of which were spent in leadership roles at AT&T. Most recently, Stillson served as Vice President of Sales at US Signal where he developed a new division focused on cloud, data security and†emerging solution sales within the indirect channel. He regularly exceeded company goals for new revenue in cloud sales and opened new markets. Stillson resides in Illinois with his wife and two children and is a member of Technology Executives Club and Illinois Technology Association.
