Reinvent Telecom, a provider of private-label cloud-based Unified Communications, Collaboration and Contact Center solutions, announced its partnership with†Edgewater Networks†to enable its private-label resellers to manage customer networks from edge to core.
Reinvent is now an Edgewater Networks’ Cloud2Edge Complete Universal Partner. Cloud2Edge Complete is an innovative way to use all the capabilities and benefits of Network Edge Orchestration to deliver a high-quality, secure experience to hosted telephony, unified communications, or IP trunking customers as an on-demand service.
Edgewater’s Network Edge Orchestration uses EdgeMarc Intelligent Edges to monitor networks in real-time, forwarding relevant information to the centralized EdgeView Service Control Center in the cloud.† Reinvent Telecom will provide its reseller partners with hosted EdgeView services leveraging the newly introduced EdgeMarc 2900 series of Intelligent Edge devices to offer unprecedented security, visibility, and control to their small and medium business customers.

EdgeView enables Reinvent’s reseller partners to manage service quality from the network core to IP endpoints, collect service quality data for reporting and analytics, and troubleshoot and remediate service quality issues.
