TPx, the premier managed services provider, has added Michelle Hermann to its fast-growing team of channel managers. Hermann, who is based in Boston, will support partners in New England.
“Michelle is a talented channel manager who already is proving to be an exceptional resource for TPx partners,” said Shawn Day, Vice President of Channel Sales – TPx East. “She hit the ground running and immediately started recruiting and onboarding new partners in the New England region. We’re thrilled to have her on our team.”
Hermann has been in the industry for 20 years and spent the last 12 years as director of client services for Comptel, one of the largest telecom consulting firms in the Northeast. In that role, she ran the back office for channel partners, primarily managing and implementing migrations, installs and renewals of solutions including TPx’s UCx suite.
“I know TPx products well, so it was an easy and natural transition to join the company’s channel team,” said Hermann. “I also have a lot of experience working with TPx’s channel and provisioning teams, and know first-hand their commitment to channel partners and their clients. I couldn’t be happier to be a part of their nationwide expansion.”
TPx now employs three dozen channel managers across the country to assist partners with selling its increasingly popular portfolio of unified communications, managed IT and managed security services. TPx also recently†realigned its service provisioning organization†to create an exclusive team dedicated to processing service orders, installations and escalations for TPx’s agent partners and their clients nationwide.
