Nerdio, a pioneer in cloud IT automation, has announced that Joseph Landes, a 23-year Microsoft veteran, has been appointed Chief Revenue Officer. His deep experience with partners and customers around the world and across many business groups and geographies, as well as his long history of helping partners and customers realize the value of moving to the cloud, will prove to be a tremendous asset for Nerdio. This is particularly true as they accelerate adoption of†Nerdio for Azure, an easy-to-use IT management platform for Microsoft Azure.

During his career at Microsoft, Landes held numerous sales and marketing senior leadership positions at the company’s corporate headquarters in Redmond as well as in Eastern Europe, India, and Brazil. He has done business for Microsoft in over 80 countries and brings a wealth of experience in cloud product management, international marketing, sales, and business development to his role as Nerdio CRO. Landes is also a proven leader with a strong focus on driving large teams toward big, bold goals.
One of Landes’ primary focuses at Nerdio will be to significantly scale the Nerdio for Azure program by expanding its reach to diverse channel partners, including Managed Service Providers, distributors, and cloud marketplaces. In addition, he will be leading the company’s go-to-market activities for all Nerdio public and private cloud offerings.
