First Business Requirements Definition Solution for SMBs
Ravenflow announces standalone version of RAVEN Express integrated into Microsoft Word.
Once focused exclusively on the Global 1,000 market, Ravenflow, of Emeryville, Calif., has introduced a standalone version of its RAVEN Express business requirements definition software for SMBs. Priced at less than $500, the software is the first requirements definition product to be integrated directly into Microsoft Word.
RAVEN Express offers business analysts who write requirements documents and describe business processes in Microsoft Word the ability to add visual diagrams that help find missing requirements without leaving the familiar Word environment. Unlike other requirements tools, RAVEN Express does not require that the business analyst learn a new application or graphical modeling tool.
“Our customers and prospects have been asking us to provide a lower cost, entry-level solution and Ravenflow responded,” says Susan Boers, president and CEO of Ravenflow. “RAVEN Express will demonstrate an immediate ROI to business analysts who can then justify upgrading to RAVEN Professional and our RAVEN Collaboration Space for larger, more complex projects to their management.”
A free 30-day evaluation version of the software is available at www.ravenflow.com.
