HTG Peer Groups Enters Into Partnership with Varvid Inc.
The channel network group says the Internet video innovator will help VARs and MSPs share content via the Web.
HTG Peer Groups has entered into a strategic partnership with Internet-delivered video solutions provider Varvid Inc.
HTG is a worldwide network of IT solutions provider executives that was formed to collaborate and share business best practices. According to the group, Varvid will help equip VARs, MSPs, and their vendor partners with a means for sharing marketing, social media, training, and client relations content.
“Varvid will serve as a resource for HTG members that want to produce and use video content and will develop HTG-exclusive offerings for channel companies,” states HTG Peer Groups in a press release submitted to EH Publishing.
“Varvid has been an innovator in how VARs, MSPs, and vendors create and use content on the Web and a principal force in social media for IT-related businesses,” explains HTG founder and CEO Arlin Sorensen. “Through this partnership, HTG Peer Group members will have an opportunity to learn about Internet video from the undisputed industry leader.”
Varvid Inc. founder Aaron Booker is a long-time member of the IT community and a former VAR who has participated in HTG Peer Groups for the past four years. In addition to providing paid video services to the IT Channel.
Booker recently launched Varvid.tv, a free video ‘TV Channel’ covering industry events and featuring IT channel content. †Varvid.tv not only features professional content but is also looking for fresh voices from the channel partner community at large. All contributions from the IT channel will be professionally edited, hosted and optimized at no charge. † †
