The latest business management software is now fully compatible with Kaseya’s remote management tools, equipping MSPs with automatic sync-up of the two platforms.
Business management software developer ConnectWise, has completed integration of its ConnectWise 2011.2 product with the managed services suite Kaseya 2.
The integration means that alerts and service tickets created in as part of the Kaseya remote services platform will now automatically sync with ConnectWise. Notes and status changes will sync back and forth, enabling multiple business stakeholders to remain in the loop regarding customer support issues.
