The Private-Label Reseller program offers partner-branded customer management portals, automated activation and account management portals, technical support, and co-marketing. It is intended for VAR, MSP, integrator, and software developer partners that have sales, support, and billing capabilities and are seeking opportunities to grow their businesses in the cloud with unified communications.
Using the Cbeyond Cloud Services platform, Tiverity unveiled its CloudSpeak cloud PBX offering at the Cbeyond partner conference in Las Vegas this past March. The partnership with Cbeyond enables Tiverity to offer a communications solution to SMBs at a monthly rate, while eliminating capital expenditures, maintenance, and support costs.
