GFI Software, a security provider, has updated GFI MailArchiver, an email archiving and 
management product designed for SMBs, with a new Web portal optimized for mobility. The updates allow administrators to ensure that employees have access to archived email via their smartphones, including any Android-powered device, BlackBerry, or iPhone.
In addition, GFI MailArchiver now includes customizable retention controls. IT administrators now specify which emails and attachments to retain by size and file type, as well as define how long various file types – including large multimedia files – will remain archived to conserve storage resources.
