Integra’s SIP trunking services now work seamlessly with Toshiba’s family of Strata CIX IP business telephone systems, and they are available via authorized Toshiba dealers.
Fiber-based networking communications and cloud services provider Integra Telecom Inc. and Toshiba America Information Systems Inc. made an interoperability announcement this week.
Integra’s Session Initiation Protocol (SIP) Trunking services now work seamlessly with Toshiba’s family of Strata CIX IP business telephone systems, and they are available via authorized Toshiba dealers.
This certification of interoperability signifies the compatibility of Toshiba’s voice products with Integra’s SIP Trunking. Integra’s certification spans the full family of Toshiba’s Strata CIX IP telephone systems, which includes CIX40, CIX100, CIX200, CIX670 and CIX1200 models.
“This certification represents another milestone for Integra as we continue building our portfolio of SIP Trunking services,” says Brian Gregory, Integra’s director of product management. “By working closely with Toshiba dealers and organizations utilizing these phone systems, Integra is well-positioned to continue to deliver enhanced features to our business customers.”
Integra’s interoperability certification with Toshiba is the latest in a line of efforts by Integra to expand the number of IP business telephone systems certified to operate with its SIP Trunking service.
For Toshiba’s part, the certification offers its own benefits. “This new interoperability certification benefits users of Toshiba’s Strata CIX IP business telephone systems by allowing them to use Integra Telecom’s robust products and services, including SIP Trunking,” says Eric Abing Toshiba’s senior product r. “This certification reinforces the seamless nature of Toshiba’s products with Integra’s services, providing reassurance to enterprise-level customers about the quality and reliability of their selected telephone equipment and service.”
