Santa Ana, Calif.-based Ingram Micro Inc. adds to its IT security portfolio via a distribution agreement with Next Level Security Systems (NLSS), 
a physical security company delivering unified networked security technologies to the retail, commercial, education, transportation, gaming, media and government markets.
Under the new U.S. agreement, the Ingram Micro Physical Security business unit will market, sell, and support Next Level’s full line of networked security technologies, including the company’s flagship NLSS Gateway. An IP-based security management platform, the NLSS Gateway integrates video management, access control, video analytics, intrusion detection, and remote management services into a single appliance.
Ingram Micro says that Next Level’s open architecture systems complement and support its existing surveillance and access control partners, and makes the total solution plug-and-play for resellers and their customers.
