The tool is designed to enable Ingram Micro resellers to capture all renewal sales opportunities. The tool has been integrated with Ingram’s Reseller Services Portal.
Extended warranty and maintenance contract management services provider MaintenanceNet Inc. reached a notable milestone this week, when its Services360 Auto Quote solution reached $220 million in sales opportunities for Ingram Micro resellers.
Auto Quote is a pay-for-performance solution designed to help channel pros pursue sales opportunities. It was specifically implemented at Ingram Micro to help the distributor’s North American resellers quickly close “low dollar” service renewal opportunities and capture the service revenue opportunity available to their businesses.
All Auto Quotes are auto-generated and pre-validated with Ingram Micro’s manufacturer partners and delivered to resellers electronically, via email, 90 days in advance of service expiration. The Auto Quotes are designed to improve the ease of ordering services with Ingram Micro and can be viewed and managed through the Ingram Micro Reseller Services Portal (RSP).
Auto Quotes can also be generated to sell a new service in conjunction with an “unattached” product – that is, a product sold without a service agreement. In addition, the quotes can be translated into local languages and currencies to meet the needs of customers on a global scale.
