Unified communications supplier ADTRAN Inc. and Toshiba America Informations Systems Inc. announced this month that the Total Access 908 and 908e gateways from ADTRAN can now be used in conjunction with Toshiba’s IPedge IP communication system. The ADTRAN gateways have been certified as interoperable with the IPedge family of systems.

The Total Access 908 and 908e gateways are used to convert T1/ISDN-PRI to SIP trunks, enabling the connection of IPedge systems to SIP trunks for cost-effective SMB communications.
