CRU-DataPort has added to its line of RTX removable storage enclosures with the RTX100-3SJ and RTX100-3Q, adding a USB 3.0 interface. Designed to increase storage, provide data backup, or to physically transport data, the RTX products include eSATA or USB interfaces with RTX100-3SJ or dual FireWire 800 ports with RTX100-3Q.
RTX products are incorporated with TrayFree bay technology for easy access to any capacity 3.5″ SATA hard drive. RTX 1-bay products offer additional data protection with CRU’s passive thermal design for optimal heat dissipation. These storage enclosures are ideal for photographers, videographers, and SMB markets where digital data accessibility and versatility are needed.
The RTX products are available without drives or populated with up to three terabytes. RTX100-3SJ and RTX100-3Q are available through CRU resellers starting at $99. CRU will be displaying its secure storage products at PMA/CES in Las Vegas, January 10-13.
