- FS-LogBook lists every work order run by the technician for all clients, the technology served, the compensation, and client satisfaction
- FS-Tags label the technicians with public credentials, as well as comprehensive background check indicators
- Tech Profile Comments and “Likes” allow clients to add notes to a tech’s individual profile in either public or private format
