The telecommunication systems division of Toshiba America Information Systems Inc. has announced interoperability of its IPedge IP business communication systems with SIP trunking services from XO Communications.
Through the joint agreement, authorized Toshiba dealers may offer Toshiba IPedge customers XO SI trunking solutions as part of their overall telephony system. According to Jake Heinz, XO’s vice president of product marketing, the trunking solutions are “cost-effective, easy to deploy, and easy to manage.”
“This certification confirms that Toshiba’s IPedge systems and XO SIP integrate together, providing SMBs with the confidence of reliable telephone service and equipment with SIP trunking service,” says Mark Carpenter, Toshiba’s vice president of product management.
XO SIP trunking services are now available from Authorized Toshiba Dealers nationwide.
