Your workspace is small enough. It’s hard to squeeze a few extra pens in there, let alone the gadgets and gizmos you need to complete the workday. Instead of cluttering your office with a slew of computer equipment, HP is packing everything you’ll need into its newly launched Z1 Workstation.
The HP Z1 Workstation is an all-in-one workstation with a 27-inch diagonal display that boasts a fast performance and the sorts of workstation-class graphics cards and processors that would typically consume your desk space.
Some of the goodies include Intel Xeon processors, NVIDIA Quadro graphics, support for more than 1 billion colors, and SRS Premium Sound processing. The compact system also has four memory slots, options for storage up to 2TB, and a 1080p 2-megapixel webcam.
The real hook on this AiO is that when it’s time to get down to business, the Z1 snaps open so users can swap out parts and make upgrades. No tools are required.
“We’ve been visiting customers around the globe, in industries from automotive to audio and video, and the response is overwhelmingly positive, with comments like ‘it’s insanely cool’ and ‘just the right size,'” said Jim Zafarana, VP and GM of HP’s Commercial Solutions Business Unit. “Customers say they’re impressed with the combination of accelerated performance and design that’s not available on any other product in the market today.”
The HP Z1 Workstation is available now, with a starting price of $1,899.
