ChannelPro-SMB, the premier source of business and technology insights for channel partners serving the small and midsize business market, wrapped up its latest live event in Orange County, Calif., held on April 9th. Event sessions included Secrets to Making Money in the Cloud, Managed Services Sales Tips for Maximizing Profitability, Life after April 8: The Long Tail of Windows XP and Office 2003 Opportunity, and CompTIA’s Quick Start Guide to IT Security.In addition, a unique technology trends session provided attendees with a hands-on look at the latest hardware innovations.
With more than 170 people in attendance, the SMB Forum brought together IT solution providers, managed service providers, VARs, custom builders, expert speakers, and dozens of sponsors. The full-day, live event was hailed as a success by all involved. “We had a great turnout and energy was high throughout the day,” said Cecilia Galvin, ChannelPro-SMB executive editor and a session moderator at the event. “ChannelPro-SMB is the only media outlet that focuses on the unique needs of channel pros serving the SMB market, and this event brings all of our efforts to life in a dynamic, interactive format.”
