D&H Distributing has signed an agreement with the Cisco Cloud Networking Group to provide Cisco Meraki’s portfolio of Cloud-Managed Networking solutions to reseller partners.†
The Cisco Meraki Cloud Networking product portfolio facilitates remote cloud-based management of an end customer’s Wi-Fi, switching and security policies, and accommodating networks of all sizes. Resellers can monitor and manage end customer networks across multiple client sites from a single Cloud Dashboard, accessible from any Internet-capable device. With Systems Manager, Cisco Meraki’s remote device management application (MDM), resellers are able to support any connected iOS or Windows device on any network worldwide. D&H will offer webcasts, trainings and marketing resources to teach resellers about Cisco Meraki products, which can help them transition to a service-oriented sales model featuring cloud-based, remote network management.
The solutions are designed for organizations with multiple campus buildings, such as in the education marketplace, or for businesses with geographically distributed branches. The Cisco Meraki product portfolio features plug-and-play installation, network configuration and management, reporting and analytics, Cisco Connected Mobile eXperience (CMX), Facebook integration, and Sourcefire network security.
D&H is hosting a webcast, “Welcome to Cisco Meraki: Configuring the Cloud,” through its online Solutions Lab on June 24 at 2:00 p.m. EST, which will deliver information on Cisco Meraki’s products and solutions. The presentation will be conducted by D&H Cisco sales engineer Jeff Hunt and Cisco engineer Brent Hooper and will include a live Q&A session. D&H will also hold WebEx-based training sessions throughout the upcoming months on Cisco Meraki Cloud-Managed Networking solutions and their full scope of functionality.†
Additionally, D&H is developing a Partner Services template, available in July, which will help resellers market Cisco Meraki’s Cloud-Managed Networking solutions to their end-customers.
