Townsend Security’s Alliance Key Manager for Amazon Web Services is now available on the AWS Marketplace. The solution provides encryption and key management to help Amazon Web Services customers add additional layers of protection to their data and meet data privacy compliance regulations.
“When Alliance Key Manager for AWS is launched for the first time, it will automatically generate a certificate authority, client-side credentials, and create encryption keys that you can immediately use with SQL Server, Oracle, SharePoint, MySQL, and other applications you run on Amazon Web Services,” comments Patrick Townsend, CEO of Townsend Security.
“We are happy that Townsend Security is bringing their Alliance Key Manager to AWS Marketplace,” says Barry Russell, head of business development for AWS Marketplace, Amazon Web Services Inc. “Data encryption is a key component to securing data and options like this provide an easy option for customers to do so.”
Available at no extra charge, Townsend Security includes ready-to-use security applications (SQL Server, Drupal, and more), SDKs, and sample code (Java, C#, IBM i, and more) for developers. Additionally, there are no extra fees for deploying client-side applications. (AWS infrastructure charges apply.)
