The Tigerpaw Learning Management System offers a library of online courses and quizzes, rewarding employees with a certification upon successful completion of a course, which in turn makes additional courses available to the employees and allows management to monitor employees’ progress.
“Investing in training is not a one-time event. Learning needs to be a habit because there is a shortage in IT skills and talent in the market. Subsequent courses available after receiving a certification include topics such as: Navigating Your Sales Cycle in Tigerpaw, Inventory Control, Integrating Tigerpaw with QuickBooks, and Automating Communications.
The Learning Management System also includes a calendar of scheduled live training events, a library of training resources, and a user forum to share your experiences and get answers from other Tigerpaw users.
