PlumChoice will now provide cloud application services for AppDirect’s cloud channel partners. The end-to-end services from PlumChoice include pre-sales guidance, onboarding, and activation, migration, and 24/7 tier-one and tier-two support services.
The partnership enables seamless transactional experiences between independent software vendors (ISVs), channel partners, and end customers. These services address the cloud application adoption challenges, including the support needed before the purchase, management, onboarding, activation, ongoing usage, and continuous updating. PlumChoice’s services are designed to provide businesses with the white-glove services and support needed for unified communications, office productivity, cloud security, and backup.
