Ingram Micro Inc. has expanded its distribution agreement with Acronis, a provider of data protection solutions and disaster recovery solutions for physical, virtual, and cloud environments. Initially offered in the United States, the expanded relationship has extended the availability of Acronis’ cloud data protection solutions offered through Ingram Micro to nine countries – Belgium, Canada, France, Germany, Italy, Netherlands, Spain, Sweden, and the United Kingdom. The agreement brings priority to the relationship in the U.S. where Ingram Micro now serves as the premier distributor of Acronis’ portfolio of data protection and disaster recovery solutions for virtual, physical, mobile, and cloud environments.
Acronis’ integrated set of solutions includes backup, disaster recovery, and secure file sync and share, offering channel partners the ability to provide customizable and affordable data protection solutions to their end-customers. Powered by the Acronis AnyData Engine, the Acronis Data Protection Platform and solutions are designed to safeguard critical workloads and ensure business continuity and productivity across any cloud or hybrid cloud environment.
