Continuum University, the online learning center at Continuum, has added a new certification program for Continuity247, the company’s fully managed backup and disaster recovery (BDR) platform. Continuum’s no-cost IT certification program is designed to help its MSP partners and their technicians to get up to speed quickly on Continuum’s products.
“The training courses at Continuum University are continuously being updated to reflect the most up-to-date training to give our MSP partners the knowledge and competitive advantage they need to be successful,” says Jen Roadman, partner education manager at Continuum. “We encourage all of our MSP partners to log on today and complete the requirements to become a Certified IT Expert.”
To earn the Backup Specialist certification, technicians are required to:
- Watch the video modules
- Complete the guided reviews
- Pass the Continuum Backup Specialist exam with a minimum score of 80 percent.
Continuum’s IT certification program includes four specialist certificates – Continuum Administration Specialist, Continuum RMM Specialist, Continuum Help Desk Activation Specialist, and now Continuum Backup Specialist. All four certifications are required to become a Continuum Certified IT Expert.
Every technician who completes the required certifications and becomes a Continuum Certified IT Expert from December 1, 2015 – January 31, 2016, are automatically entered for a chance to win one of three tickets to Navigate 2016, taking place on Wednesday, September 28 – Friday, September 30, 2016, at the Seaport Hotel in Boston.
