ViewSonic Corp. unveiled a new series of professional-level gaming monitors and new 1080p LightStream home entertainment projectors this week at the International Consumer Electronics Show (CES) in Las Vegas.
The XG Series gaming monitors offer a range of resolutions from Full HD to 4K UHD, ultra-fast response times, low input lag, and supports NVIDIA’s G-SYNC or AMD’s FreeSync technologies. The monitors in the series include:
- XG2703-GS 27-inch monitor – Quad HD (2560 x 1440) resolution, SuperClear IPS-type panel technology, ultra-wide viewing angles, 165Hz refresh rate, and NVIDIA’s G-Sync technology
- XG2401 24-inch monitor – Full HD (1920×1080) resolution, 144Hz refresh rate, AMD FreeSync technology, ultra-fast 1ms response time, and SmartSync technology
- XG2701 27-inch monitor – Full HD (1920×1080) resolution, 144Hz refresh rate, AMD FreeSync technology, ultra-fast 1ms response time, and SmartSync technology
- XG2700-4K 27-inch monitor – 4K Ultra HD (3840×2160) resolution, SuperClear IPS panel, AMD FreeSync technology, 5ms response time, DisplayPort 1.2a and HDMI 2.0 connectivity, supports 4K UHD resolution at 60Hz
The new LightStream 7 Series projectors offer high brightness levels, a variety of connectivity options, 1080p resolutions, and enhanced sound technology for a big picture experience. The projectors in the series include:
- Pro7827HD, featuring SuperColor technology with a 6-segment RGBRGB color wheel, ISF certified color optimization and five viewing modes, 2200 lumens, and vertical lens shift
- PJD7828HDL, featuring3200 lumens, SuperColor and SonicExpert technologies, 22,000:1 contrast, and up to 10,000 hour lamp life
