Zomentum has integrated its sales management and automation software for MSPs with Connect Booster’s managed services payments service.
Available now, the cross-platform link lets sales prospects targeted from within Zomentum’s solution accept quotes and pay for goods and services using credit cards or ACH via Connect Booster’s solution, which saves payment information in a secure customer vault. Users can enable autopay for future invoices as well.
The integration supports U.S. dollars, as well as Canadian dollars for credit card transactions only.
“The two biggest benefits of this integration are the increased speed to close sales and the reduced cost of labor,” said Al Alper, president of Wilton, Conn.-based MSP Absolute Logic and both a Zomentum and Connect Booster user, in a media statement. “Prospects can immediately execute quotes and pay for products, which saves us time on that end of the sales cycle.”
MSPs can create a fully operational connection between their Zomentum and Connect Booster deployments in approximately five minutes with seven mouse clicks, the vendors say.
“Assuring our mutual partners can complete the full 360-degree cycle from quote to cash in the bank is an important step in our mission,” said Ryan Goodman, president of ConnectBooster, in prepared remarks. “Our team is excited to align with IT channel-centric companies like Zomentum to ensure greater business success for the IT services community. This integration strengthens our value proposition to channel partners by making it easier and faster to collect net new revenue.”
Zomentum Channel Chief Ted Roller told ChannelPro in June that new integrations would be among the primary ways it spends the $13 million in seed funding it received this February and the $4.1 million it raised last July.
“The two most important things IT channel partners need to grow their businesses are the ability to sell and the cash to invest back in the business,” said Roller in a press statement. “We want to help IT channel partners drive operational efficiencies wherever we can. Integrating Zomentum’s platform with ConnectBooster helps IT channel partners sell more and collect revenue faster.”
Beyond Connect Booster, solutions that Zomentum integrates with include PSA applications from ConnectWise, Datto, Kaseya, and Syncro; product catalogs and ordering systems from D&H, Ingram Micro, SYNNEX, and Tech Data; and Intuit’s QuickBooks accounting system, along with Microsoft Outlook and the email and calendar components of Google Workspace.
