EXPERT PICKS FOR AI TOOLS

ChannelPro asked a few expert MSPs about their picks beyond ChatGPT.

Ronnie Parisella, project manager at DataBit, highlighted Fireflies.ai as his go-to tool for saving time during meetings. The tool automatically provides summaries, recordings, and transcripts, delivering everything needed without manual configuration. “It just works,” he emphasized.

For her daily operations, Dawn Sizer, CEO of 3rd Element Consulting uses:

  • Copyspace.ai for SEO blog writing.
  • Microsoft Copilot for task automation.
  • Canva for web development, social media management, and image creation.

SECURITY CONSIDERATIONS

Transparency and data governance are critical considerations.

“Make sure you’re not giving away data or intellectual property because the tool is sharing the data unbeknownst to you,” Sizer warned. She encourages professionals to ask critical questions: Is your data secure? Could the AI be unintentionally leaking sensitive information?

This approach reflects a balance of innovation and caution, offering a pragmatic blueprint for businesses navigating the expanding AI landscape.
