The MSP Angle
Kaseya 365 has made a monumental impression on the channel community since its launch five months ago. According to Kaseya, 5,000 MSPs have signed up, and the solution has generated $600M in industry profit.
At this year’s DattoCon, the dramatic news continued. Kaseya’s CEO Fred Voccola announced the acquisition of SaaS Alerts, a popular threat detection and response platform, and the launch of Kaseya 365 User.
K365 User is designed to protect against identity and security threats, adding comprehensive monitoring for user-level security in small businesses. The product integrates SaaS Alerts’ functionality at no additional charge, making it one of the strongest SaaS application security products on the market.
The Price Point
Per Voccola, the price point for MSP partners that take advantage of Kaseya 365 User is an affordable $2.79 per user per month.
Channel Reaction
“Our mission is to make our partners more profitable by providing them a platform that automates far beyond typical solutions,” said Kaseya CEO Fred Voccola in a prepared statement. “Kaseya 365 User helps MSPs protect themselves and their clients while vastly improving unit economics for greater profitability.”
The launch reflects Kaseya’s drive to help MSPs lower costs and increase efficiencies through AI-powered IT management tools. Nick Martin, director of managed services at Mainstreet IT Solutions, highlighted the benefits, stating, “We’re getting more for less money and can pass along savings to our customers without sacrificing quality.”
