Kaseya Launches TruPeer EMERGE to Help Smaller MSPs Maximize Growth

The new offering is purpose-built for emerging MSPS with one to five employees.

Miami — Kaseya, the leading global provider of AI-powered cybersecurity and IT management software, launched TruPeer EMERGE, specifically designed for MSPs with one to five employees.

TruPeer EMERGE provides smaller-sized MSPs with a proven framework to grow and scale their businesses. The TruPeer program is widely recognized and respected for its track record of boosting members’ profitability, with net profits among the top 10% in the industry. Additionally, participating MSPs command higher prices, securing an average seat price 20%-30% higher than the market standard.

The framework also walks MSPs through how to add new managed customers at a predictable rate to increase monthly recurring revenue and how to break through revenue plateaus and operational challenges to scale exponentially. There is also a strong emphasis on marketing so MSPs can fast-track their success by consistently building their brand, generating leads, and closing more deals.

“TruPeer EMERGE supports emerging MSPs as they mature, empowering them to become a top-performing MSP,” said Gary Pica, president of TruMethods, a Kaseya company. “We are very excited to expand this results-driven program so that more MSPs have access to knowledge, peer experience and best practices to successfully unlock growth.”

TruPeer EMERGE is currently available in North America and Europe, with plans to expand into the APAC region. The cost to join is $999 and includes four virtual quarterly meetings, bi-monthly accountability calls, full access to the TruMethods framework and benchmarking platform and Powered Services Pro, group webinars, special projects and much more.

“My mentor and peer group help me stay focused on what matters and what moves the needle,” said Charles Berry, CEO of TotalCareIT and a TruPeer member. “I’ve learned to stop being an engineer and become a business owner. This experience continues to change my life and the lives of the people I work with to the point that I believe my company would be irrelevant without this investment.”
