Cloudli Communications has announced the completion of its brand consolidation of ConnectMeVoice, paving the way for an enhanced channel program set to improve cloud communications offerings for managed services providers.
The North American provider of voice, data and messaging solutions – which in 2022 purchased ConnectMeVoice, a provider of next-generation hosted voice over IP (VoIP) – now offers substantial benefits for MSPs, according to Elinor Johansen, Cloudli senior vice president, chief marketing officer, and head of sales. “MSPs that partnered with ConnectMeVoice now have access to expanded marketing and sales enablement capabilities through Cloudli, along with stronger product support.”
Dedicated channel managers will assist partners in fine-tuning strategies for new revenue streams and competitive margins. This unified support structure positions MSPs at the forefront of innovation and success in the evolving landscape of cloud communications.
Enhanced Marketing and Sales Enablement
Johansen shed light on the company’s ability to provide enhanced marketing and sales enablement capabilities to MSPs.
“Cloudli’s partner-centric marketing team actively collaborates with our MSP and agent partners, delivering bespoke solutions that include out-of-the-box, co-brandable marketing assets, on-demand sales and product training, custom co-marketing initiatives, and much more.”
This comprehensive approach promises to empower MSPs with the tools and techniques needed to amplify their market presence and drive business growth. Cloudli has customizable marketing campaigns and market development funds (MDF) available for MSPs, Johansen said.
“We’re offering a resource-packed partner portal with on-demand, customizable, and brandable marketing campaigns, including customizable email templates, social media imagery, brandable collateral, and more.”
Commitment to Leadership
Now that the brands have been consolidated, Scott Seltzer – former CEO of ConnectMeVoice who had stepped into the role of general manager after the acquisition – will retire from the company at the end of November.
However, the company remains dedicated to Seltzer’s leadership vision and its impact on the partner channel, Johansen affirmed, “The strong MSP focus that was Scott Seltzer’s vision lives on through the partner team at Cloudli.”
She highlighted the strategic reinforcement of the partner team with the addition of Rick Boyd, vice president of sales, business communications, earlier this year.
“Rick’s extensive channel experience has helped Cloudli further augment its partner focus and refine our channel direction,” Johansen explained. The seamless leadership transition ensured a continuation of Cloudli’s ability to innovate and serve the needs of IT services organizations, she added.
Johansen then drew a parallel with Cloudli’s leadership position in the cloud marketplace, and underscored the company’s unwavering focus on the channel ecosystem. “Cloudli is more committed to the channel ecosystem than ever.” It will continue to build and improve upon top-level solutions with enhanced product functionality, she said.
As Cloudli and ConnectMeVoice forge ahead, MSPs can expect unparalleled support, a robust suite of resources, and a collaborative spirit that will propel them to new and more profitable cloud communications contracts.
