In an exciting development for the managed services industry, five prominent channel businesses have come together to launch a new company called MSP+OS. The venture brings together the expertise and capabilities of:
- Sierra Pacific Group provides consulting services focused on operations, systems integration, and scaling teams.
- Delta Vita is a consultancy skilled in optimizing operations during mergers, acquisitions, and cross-industry projects.
- XPM2 Partners takes a comprehensive approach to post-merger integration, project management, and process optimization.
- Stack Advisors is an MSP-focused firm that offers automation solutions for efficient, scalable operations.
- ConnectStrat provides strategic coaching tailored for IT sector leadership and growth.
In an exclusive interview with ChannelPro Network, the new leadership team outlined their vision for their collaboration. Chief Executive Officer Adam Bielanski explained that the goal is to provide comprehensive solutions spanning the six core foundations of a successful MSP business: vision, people, profit, growth, operations, and security.
“We’re not just a consulting agency, we’re the bridge to envision the future for business leaders and become the standard,” said Bielanski. “Our commitment is around those six pillars to bring that full solution to the industry.”
MSP+OS officially launches on Jan. 1, 2024, but is already taking on new clients. Chief Technology Officer Bill Stucklen noted they are individually well-positioned to support IT services companies. The new organization, he pointed out, will be even stronger – with 70 employees and a vast array of talent.
“The collective skillset is really that – top to bottom. It’s not dependent upon the specific size of the MSP, we can help them get to where they want to go,” Stucklen observed.
Chief Operation Officer Brett Jaffe echoed that thought by emphasizing that they can serve businesses of any size through their continuum of coaching, consulting, and operational management services. “We have a solution to meet companies at any point, whether they are just starting out or acquiring other MSPs to build a larger organization,” said Jaffe.
Michael Williams, the Chief Financial Strategist for MSP+OS, emphasized how their approach to building client relationships will carry forward into the combined team. It comes down to transparency, he said. “We love sharing our experiences. But I think that what makes us great and stand out is people respect us in the industry. We don’t just project what we did great. We will share our flaming failures to help people learn,” Williams stated.
VP of Platform Transformation Parker Kaback, spoke about the importance of having a cybersecurity mindset, as well as a deep knowledge of leading security tools and what works well operationally. He also shared his thoughts on the importance of harnessing new technology, including automation, to improve the customer experience. AI can be “tangible and effectively used in the MSP space,” in his words. He highlighted one client that is now using AI as an initial escalation point for tickets in ConnectWise and resolves tickets faster.
Jamison West, Chief Strategy Officer, summed up the new company’s commitment to cutting-edge technology and best practices by stating, “We’re not just adapting to the industry, we’re shaping its future.”
MSP+OS will share the news of its launch with the public via press release on Nov. 1, followed shortly thereafter by an on-stage announcement at ConnectWise’s IT Nation Connect in Orlando, Fla.
