A new initiative from Syncro, provider of an all-in-one RMM and PSA platform, aims to help MSPs grow their business by making it easier to handle more clients and larger technical teams through automation.
The new premium tier offering, Team plan, aims to help growing with MSPs with multiple technicians better organize task lists and boost business growth. The company says advanced automation features and onboarding support will help technicians organize their workflows however they choose and gain more control over ticketing. The offering also gives MSPs the ability to schedule one-on-one troubleshooting sessions with Syncro technicians.
“The Team plan empowers MSPs with more control by providing features such as Power BI integration with prebuilt reports for detailed data insights, enhanced automation, robust remote access features, and ticket workflow enhancements offering management oversight. The Team plan is right for MSPs looking to optimize operations, elevate efficiency, and get access to expert assistance,” says Syncro CEO Emily Glass (pictured).
With the Team plan, she notes, technicians can leverage Syncro’s all-in-one platform for greater flexibility and control over the business. This translates into the potential to boost the quality of services they deliver to customers. “The Team plan reduces common pain points for MSPs, allowing them to streamline their business processes and save time.”
The offering helps MSPs in growth mode to manage their businesses more efficiently by equipping them to better handle larger numbers of clients and technicians, Glass explains. This is possible by leveraging features such as Splashtop multi-monitor support and multiple technicians per session, as well as seamless integration with Azure AD to enable contact syncing and Microsoft 365 billing automation. In addition, Power BI integration facilitates advanced analytics and business intelligence.
Other features include personalized support and onboarding experiences, and real-time ticket automation and assignments to streamline service desk operations.
Glass says the Team plan is a direct result of feedback from MSPs who are growing their businesses. “The addition of more features and functionality is our direct response to help MSPs better manage their team’s workflow and growth.”
New Affiliate Program
Syncro’s Team plan announcement follows the recent launch of its Industry Affiliate Program, which the company says will foster strategic partnerships with industry leaders, educators, and content creators in the MSP space.
Participants can get monetary rewards from Syncro by signing up new customers. The company is offering a $1,000 gift card per deal that results in a new paying customer for three months. “Syncro developed the program to increase collaboration and shared growth within the channel,” Glass says.
The program, she adds, helps Syncro expand its reach by strengthening relationships and paying commissions to companies that promote the vendor. “The Affiliate Program enables new partners to generate supplementary revenue from their networks. This not only benefits individual partners, but also contributes to the growth of the MSP and IT community as a whole,” Glass says.
