Maybe Ken Pecot, COO of The 20, can set us all straight on that. He certainly shared plenty of valuable insights on operational excellence with Matt, Rich, and guest host Will Foret, a member of The 20 and president of Spot Migration, who also discussed the new cloud/XDR integration from Sophos and the damaging DDoS strike on upstream VoIP carrier Bandwidth.com.
