Managed services software maker Pulseway has updated its MSP Toolkit, a set of resources designed to help partners find sales prospects and close deals.
Like its predecessor, which debuted last January, version 2.0 of the MSP Toolkit is free to all Pulseway partners and embedded directly within the vendor’s unified RMM, PSA, and anti-virus software suite.
In addition to an expanded and refreshed library of downloadable email marketing templates, white-label collateral pieces, training guides for generating leads via search engine advertising, and other items, the revised package includes over five hours of training materials custom developed for Pulseway by Gary Pica, CEO of managed services consultancy TruMethods.
“Gary Pica is an industry expert who has done it before [and] successfully started and sold MSPs,” says Edgar Zacharjev, Pulseway’s vice president of marketing.
Included as well in the revised toolkit are real-time tools that MSPs can use to compare their service offering and pricing strategy to anonymous local competitors. “Our partners will get instant insight into their business model, how they stack up against their local competition, if they are pricing accordingly, [and] if they offer the right services,” Zacharjev says.
The new MSP Toolkit is the second release of that offering in a year. According to Zacharjev, Pulseway plans to roll out updates on a quarterly basis in the future.
The company added a direct-to-cloud endpoint backup solution to its portfolio last December and patching capabilities for custom and niche third-party applications last month.
