Distributor D&H has introduced two programs designed to boost partner sales of Lenovo endpoints.
†
Called “Lenovo Score” and “Lenovo Opt-In,” the new offerings target non-registered, Authorized, and Silver-level Lenovo partners.
The Lenovo Score program lets resellers who purchase a minimum of $40,000 worth of Lenovo PC and smart device products (like those introduced at this year’s CES) from D&H through September 2020 compete to win a four-day trip to California’s Napa Valley. Eligible accounts can also earn up to $1,000 in D&H credit per quarter by meeting preset quarterly goals, which vary based on partner status.
The Lenovo Opt-In program, which is designed to help Authorized and Silver partners rise to Platinum status in Lenovo’s partner program, provides monthly D&H credit payouts on eligible Lenovo purchases. Qualifying participants can also earn double credit through March 31.†
In addition, VARs who attain Silver status with Lenovo will receive 25% off Lenovo Premier Services, plus higher monthly D&H credit payouts. Those payouts are supplemental to the MDF funds Lenovo already awards Silver partners.
D&H partners must register for the Opt-In program to participate.
“The Lenovo Score and Opt-In programs allow us to provide specialized support for our partners’ Lenovo practices, while reaching out to groups of customers that have yet to experience the power and productivity of the Lenovo brand,” said Peter DiMarco, vice president of VAR sales at D&H, in prepared remarks. “It’s a win-win scenario for the channel, since the end-result will be increased proliferation of Lenovo’s powerful, industry-leading computing solutions in small business environments. We look forward to helping more partners profit from an expanded relationship with this pioneering IT manufacturer.”
D&H reported 20% growth in its SMB business last year, including double-digit growth in sales of PCs, among other product lines. The company dispersed $21.5 million in supplemental credit to a hand-picked set of partners last November.
