TPx, the premier managed services carrier, has added Tanya Palmateer to its†fast-growing team of national channel managers. †Based in Phoenix, she will support TPx channel partners throughout the Southwest.
Palmateer has supported partners and their business clients for a decade. Prior to joining TPx, she spent five years at ShoreTel and rose through the ranks to become a partner business manager responsible for its Southwest territory.

Palmateer will recruit new partners and support existing ones, working side-by-side with them on technology selection, solution design, and customer service. She also will ensure they have the training, tools, and resources needed to succeed, as businesses increasingly migrate to cloud-based solutions and managed services.
