Release of SupportBot Chat allows customers to connect with live technicians directly in bot window for immediate assistance

BOSTON, MA (September 15, 2017) – Today SupportBot, an artificial intelligence (AI) driven solution to provide customer support services for MSP and IT service providers, announced the release of new features to better service customers by immediately connecting to live technicians. SupportBot works as a chatbot designed to improve overall customer service, save time and reduce costs associated with support.

It also offers fully customizable Chat availability times and preferences for each tech. And, transcripts of all customer chats are automatically recorded in corresponding tickets.

Since launching in February 2017, SupportBot has secured more than 100 new customers including ComputerSupport.com, Heiden Technology Solutions and SJP Network Solutions.
