Eric Dagg, recently brought on as the Director of Solutions Architecture at Broadvoice, takes the helm of the newly revamped Solutions Architecture team. Mr. Dagg and his department will lead the charge in supporting the company’s rapid growth and mounting investment in its Channel Partner Program.
These augmentation efforts will result in exceptional technical resources for internal sales support, including a Certified Installer Program, all of which allow for an unrivaled customer experience that prioritizes innovative projects, advanced technical materials, and more streamlined methods to benefit Channel Partners.
